Oven Baked Chuck Steak
Fortunately this weekend is a light one. I’ll catch up on my favorite TV shows on Hulu, see a couple of new movies and put a little time into some projects around the house. A little later tonight I’ll go to my nephew’s first birthday party. Ok, he’s not really my nephew, but near enough.
After watching ‘Underworld: Awakening’ this afternoon, which I recommend, I decided to pick up a few things from the store for dinner. It’s called Oven Baked Chuck Steak. It’s tasty and extremely simple to make. Here is the recipe:
Time/Servings:
- Prep: 10 minutes
- Cook: 60 minutes
- Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- Chuck steak
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
- Potato
- Carrots
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Place steak on a large sheet of foil in a baking pan.
- Combine the cream of mushroom soup with the Lipton onion soup mis and spread over the meat. Add the carrots and diced potatoes around the steak.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Wrap tightly in the foil and bake for an hour.
